The Nanny Application Process
What type of experience does Nanny Solutions recruit?
First and foremost, they have childcare experience. From there, it can vary from extensive babysitting to having been a nanny before. Some nannies have teaching backgrounds or worked in day care centers or preschools. There are nannies with formal nanny training or formal college education as well. Most of our candidates have some college experience.
Each In-Home Childcare Nanny MUST:
Be professionally screened
Have excellent childcare experience and reputable references
Be 18 years or older
Be pre-screened via an intense telephone interview
Participate in an extensive personal interview and complete our comprehensive written application
Have each individual reference checked and all previous childcare employment verified
Pass a background check by the FDLE; as a result of which the potential candidate must:
